We fully respect the privacy and personal data of visitors to this website. It is not necessary for you to register with us in order to access the website.

Data relating to members and other affiliates is stored securely and is only be accessible to authorised persons.

You may be entitled, to obtain access to personal data that we hold about you. If you wish to do this, you should:

- include proof of your identity and address (eg a copy of your driving licence or passport, and a recent utility or credit card bill);
- specify the personal data you want access to.
We may reply requesting further information, and payment of an administration fee (currently £10), if required before responding to your request.
We use a third party provider to deliver our email newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies.
